In this recent paper, researchers at the Polish Mother’s Memorial Hospital-Research Institute examined the role of copy number variations (CNVs) in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using CytoSure® arrays.

Involving 180 children aged 2-17, DNA analysis identified nine pathogenic and six likely pathogenic imbalances underscoring the importance of aCGH in understanding the genetic basis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
