I have over 15 years’ experience in academic/clinical laboratory settings, with the past 5 years focused in a high-throughput NGS clinical lab in various roles up to supervisor. During this time, I was able to gain experience in a wide range of NGS areas including new panel validations, workflow optimisation, technical troubleshooting, data analysis, reporting, and QA/QC.
I understand the challenges within the field, the needs of the customer and the importance of receiving quality support in a timely manner. I plan to utilise the knowledge and skills I’ve acquired in the field with OGT customers. My goal is to provide high quality, reliable and prompt assistance to every customer to ensure their goals are achieved.
